Typically, we try to complete editing within 2-3 weeks, but we will work closely with you to ensure that we meet your deadlines. We will keep you in the loop every step of the way and provide regular updates, so you know exactly what’s going on.

Certainly! However, it is important to note that obtaining raw footage will come at an extra cost. This is because raw footage requires a significant amount of hard drive space to store and is not yet color graded. Providing unfinished work is akin to a restaurant serving uncooked food. We usually keep raw files for up to six months due to the high cost of long-term video file storage.

We secure this date for you and you only. If you choose to cancel the entire shoot on short notice, the reservation fee covers lost wages from our other work and equipment booking fees.

The 20% reservation fee is non-refundable but can be carried over to your next booking if you have to reschedule. Please notify us as soon as possible if you decide to change the date.

Unlimited edits are available at additional rates. This includes creating addition social media edits or a completely different edit entirely.

We have access to various libraries of royalty-free music and can also use tracks for which you have a license for.

We offer animation services to complement your video, which are omitted by default. Please request these services during your inquiry, and you will be quoted accordingly.
